Furthest North winter will be held Friday, February 3 to Monday, February 6. This allows us to avoid the usually busy Family Day long weekend in Jasper. Whistler's Inn will be home base again, and if you're attending, you'll want to sort out rooming with friends and booking a room sooner than later. While they have plenty of rooms at the moment, that can change quickly, even on an off weekend. We're looking to do skiing and snowboarding for those interested, with Cailan heading that up, though she herself might be more limited even with her broken back healed by then. We're looking to do the train trip into BC as well, and for those interested, the Maligne Canyon ice walk. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask. As this event is more informal, there is no registration, but I'd like to know who's going just so we can coordinate when boots hit the ground in February. Everyone will be responsible for rooms, etc. As details are confirmed, booking information for the train excursion will be posted.
