A reminder of one of the rules here on the forum:

#6 - Trolling is absolutely prohibited:
A "forum troll" is a person who enters an established online forum and intentionally attempts to cause disruption, often by posting messages that are inflammatory, insulting, incorrect, inaccurate, or off-topic, with the intent of provoking a reaction from other users.

There has been a war going on between some members where people are going hunting for past posts of people and marking them as negative.

This is 100% nothing less than Trolling on the forum and causing disruption.

I have so far spent hours going through trying to clean this up and I know there is many hours to go.

I know other staff members will be going through cleaning things up, but we all have better things to do than this.

So basically stop being childish and go and remove the items you have tagged people in, just to troll.

I am not going to list names as so far we have noticed this from 4 individuals so far, but you know yourself if you have been doing this.

Seeing this has been cropping up more and more on the internet, be it here, telegram, Skype, etc. we wanted to take some time to post this.

Bullying
Bullying happens when there is an imbalance of power; where someone purposely and repeatedly says or does hurtful things to someone else. Bullying can occur one on one or in a group(s) of people. There are many different forms of bullying:

• Physical bullying(using your body or objects to cause harm): includes hitting, punching, kicking, spitting or breaking someone else's belongings.
• Verbal bullying (using words to hurt someone): includes name calling, put-downs, threats and teasing.
• Social bullying (using your friends and relationships to hurt someone): includes spreading rumours, gossiping, excluding others from a group or making others look foolish or unintelligent. This form of bullying is most common among girls (Canadian Children's Rights Council).

DID YOU KNOW?

• Bullies are more likely to use drugs and alcohol and engage in criminal activity. According to one of the world's leading researchers on bullying, 60% of boys who frequently bullied others in elementary school had criminal records by age 24 (PREVNet).

Cyberbullying
Cyberbullying involves the use of communication technologies such as the Internet, social networking sites, websites, email, text messaging and instant messaging to repeatedly intimidate or harass others.

Cyberbullying includes:

• Sending mean or threatening emails or text/instant messages.
• Posting embarrassing photos of someone online.
• Creating a website to make...

Zilch has resigned from AlbertaFurries as an administrator as he prepares for his new life in the states with his wonderful boyfriend.

I wanted to say how much his help was appreciated over the years since the site was created until I ended up owning the site.

A new forum skin, 'Spectrum' has been added! At the moment, Flat is out of date and full of errors with 1.5, therefore it's currently disabled. You can change the color of the new skin if you want! Just look for the color box in the top-right and you can change the forum skin to match a variety of different color themes.

Some of the bugs fixed in 1.5.1 include:

• When loading more profile post comments, show the deleted placeholder for deleted comments instead of it being expanded by default....

Hi everyone,

This weekend, we plan to get XenForo 1.5.5 up and running should everything plan out accordingly. Crossing fingers that many 3rd party stuff doesn't break!

The site may be down for a good length of time, but we'll get it done as fast as possible.
